University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Teaching Ethics for Applied Specializations
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on teaching ethics as part of the sixth module of the applied specialization within the eighth Teaching Methods course.
The lecture aimed to familiarize participants with practices that violate professional ethics and ways to promote sound academic conduct.
Presented by Dr. Hassan Saad Shalak, the lecture included a review of the most important principles of professional ethics, with a focus on preparing scientific reports on academic conduct and analyzing the standards that faculty members should possess.
The lecture also discussed the importance of adhering to educational values in developing the learning environment.
