University of Basrah Participates in Training Course on Research Excellence
The Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basrah, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, participated in an online training course on research excellence and innovation organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with Clarivate.
The course aimed to enhance researchers’ skills in identifying funding organizations, understanding the requirements of funding programmes, and preparing professional research proposals capable of competing for research grants.
The programme included a series of virtual workshops covering a range of topics, including the preparation of high-quality scientific research and research funding, in addition to practical activities and guidance on developing competitive research proposals for grant applications.
