University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on the Role of Institutions in Combating Administrative Corruption
The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on the role of institutions in combating administrative and financial corruption and promoting the principles of justice and equal opportunity.
The workshop aimed to enhance institutional performance, strengthen public confidence in institutions, and ensure the optimal use of public resources in a manner that serves the public interest and supports sustainable development.
The workshop featured a lecture delivered by faculty member Insam Falih Hasan, who explained the concept of institutional governance and the role of institutions in combating administrative and financial corruption, emphasizing the importance of ensuring institutional continuity through systems and regulations rather than dependence on individuals.
