The thesis, submitted by student Jumana Adnan, aimed to explore how criminal liability can be determined for damages resulting from the use of artificial intelligence technologies.
The thesis comprised two chapters in which the student discussed the general framework of artificial intelligence and the responsibilities of programmers, manufacturers, users, and owners, as well as crimes related to artificial intelligence, such as crimes involving self-driving cars and deepfakes.
