University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Library Fundamentals
The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on the fundamentals of library and information center operations.
The workshop aimed to introduce the basic concepts of human resources within the College of Law Library at the University of Basrah and to highlight its role in organizing knowledge and providing information services that meet the needs of users.
The workshop included a lecture presented by faculty member Samer Sabah Majeed, who explained the principles of modern library management, the importance of planning and organization, human resource development, achieving fairness and motivation, and adapting to environmental changes.
