University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Administrative Judiciary
The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on administrative judiciary and its impact on establishing the principle of legality and guaranteeing the protection of rights.
The workshop aimed to introduce administrative judiciary as one of the most important legal guarantees for achieving the principle of legality, as it is responsible for overseeing the actions of public administration and ensuring their compliance with the provisions of the constitution and the law.
The workshop included a lecture presented by faculty member Banin Faiq, who explained that administrative judiciary plays a fundamental role in achieving a balance between the public interest and individual rights, thereby strengthening confidence in the rule of law.
