University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on ORCID Researcher Accounts and Data
The Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basrah organized an online workshop titled "Creating an Account and Updating Researcher Data on the ORCID Platform," with the participation of professors and researchers.
The workshop aimed to introduce the ORCID platform to researchers as part of the digital transformation within the Research Management System (RMS) used by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and to empower researchers to professionally manage their digital identities and research.
The workshop, presented by the center's director, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, included a practical demonstration of how to create a new account, update personal data, manage affiliation information, and ensure its consistency, as well as adding research and updating digital CVs.
