University of Basrah Academic Publishes Research in an International Journal
Dr. Qutaiba Abdul Kareem Qasim, a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy, University of Basrah, has published a research paper in the Swiss journal Frontiers in Pharmacology, a leading international journal specializing in pharmacological sciences.
The study investigated the neuroprotective effects of selenium nanoparticles, combined with physical and cognitive activities, in alleviating depression induced by social isolation using an animal model.
