Professor Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad Authorized to Manage the Affairs of University of Basrah Presidency

Professor Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad has assumed his duties in managing the affairs of the University of Basrah Presidency, pursuant to a ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research authorizing him with the necessary powers to manage the affairs of the University Presidency.

This comes as part of efforts to ensure the continuity of academic and administrative operations, strengthen the University’s progress, enhance its performance, and achieve its academic and educational objectives.
