University of Basrah Welcomes Delegation from Anton Oil Company
The Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, Dr. Mufeed Turki Rasheed, received a delegation from the Chinese company Anton Oil in his office.
The two sides discussed strengthening cooperation and developing partnership opportunities in scientific and training fields.
The visit included a tour of the laboratories of the Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering and the Department of Chemical Engineering, where the delegation was briefed on the laboratory facilities and modern equipment used to support the educational process and scientific research.
The Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Mufeed Turki Rasheed, stated that this visit comes within the framework of the university's commitment to strengthening cooperation with international companies operating in the oil and energy sector, which contributes to supporting academic and practical aspects and preparing students and graduates for the job market.
