University of Basrah Holds Specialized Training Course in Human Resources Management
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a training course entitled "Human Resources Management."
The course aimed to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in efficient human resources management and develop their abilities in managing and developing work teams.
The course, presented by Dr. Iman Hatouh Jahloul, covered the concept of human resources management, factors influencing the organizational structure of the department, the qualifications of a human resources manager, and its most prominent functions and responsibilities.
The course recommended the importance of focusing on human capital as one of the most important resources contributing to achieving organizational goals. It emphasized the need to train employees, keep abreast of the latest developments, and provide modern methods and tools for human resources management to enhance institutional performance.
