University of Basrah Secures 135 New Employee Identification Numbers for Its Staff
The Department of Studies and Planning at the University of Basrah has secured 135 employee identification numbers for staff members transferred from other ministries and those appointed through the Federal Public Service Council, in coordination with the Ministry of Planning’s Department of Information Technology – Employee Identification Number Division.
The Director of the Department of Studies and Planning, Mr. Murtadha Kadhim Afat, confirmed that the University is nearing completion of the process of assigning employee identification numbers to all its staff, noting that the distribution process is proceeding smoothly, with close cooperation among all University formations.
It is worth noting that, in previous years, the University assigned more than 1,340 employee identification numbers to its staff as part of its ongoing efforts to organize administrative and financial data.
