University of Basrah Holds Scientific Lecture on Teaching and Learning for Humanities Students
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a scientific lecture as part of the ninth Teaching Methods course, Unit 1, for the Humanities.
The lecture addressed the concepts of teaching and learning and their importance in developing the educational process and promoting positive attitudes towards e-learning.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Ammar Duair Falih, reviewed the concepts of teaching and learning and their various forms, the most prominent obstacles facing the educational process, and the development of learning skills, as well as highlighting the differences between the two concepts.
The lecture witnessed active participation from the trainees through a discussion of the role of e-learning in supporting the modern academic environment and improving university teaching methods, in line with the requirements of contemporary education and its digital trends.
