University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Learning and Teaching for Administrative Studies
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture entitled “Introduction to Learning and Teaching” as part of the first unit of the ninth Teaching Methods course for administrative studies.
The lecture aimed to develop participants’ basic knowledge and skills in the fields of learning and teaching, and to enhance their understanding of modern educational concepts.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Munaf Abdul Kadhim Al-Qattan and faculty member Marwa Musa Atwan Al-Ma’touq, included a review of the concepts of learning and teaching, their types, and the differences between them, as well as the factors affecting their effectiveness.
It emphasized the importance of employing modern technologies in developing teaching methods and improving the quality of the educational process and its outcomes.
