University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Instructional Design for Administrative Specializations
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on instructional design as part of the second module of the ninth Teaching Methods Course for administrative specializations.
The lecture aimed to equip participants with the essential modern instructional design skills in accordance with blended learning standards.
The lecture, delivered by instructor Marwa Musa Atwan, covered the concept and importance of instructional design, the distinction between instructional design and teaching design, the types and benefits of instructional design, its theoretical foundations and stages, the characteristics of effective instructional design models, and various design models, including the ADDIE model and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
