University of Basrah Organizes Workshop to Develop Trainer Skills
The Science and Technology Parks Department – Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University of Basrah organized a training workshop entitled "Training of Trainers (TOT)."
The workshop aimed to develop participants' training skills and enhance their efficiency in preparing and conducting training sessions and interaction methods.
The workshop, presented by trainer Fatima Jabbar, included an introduction to the concept of training and its importance, distinguishing between the roles of a trainer and a lecturer, identifying the needs of the target group, formulating measurable training objectives, designing a comprehensive training session, selecting appropriate training methods, utilizing presentation skills and body language, managing interaction within the training room, providing constructive feedback, and conducting a short training session with evaluation.
