University of Basrah Master’s Thesis Investigates the Molecular Preparation of Novel Pyrazole–Oxadiazoline Hybrid Derivatives
A Master’s thesis at the College of Pharmacy, University of Basrah, investigated the preparation, characterization, and molecular docking of novel pyrazole–oxadiazoline hybrid derivatives, along with an evaluation of their antimicrobial activity.
The thesis, presented by student Khalid Ali Abd Ali, aimed to study the compounds’ drug-related properties and their interactions with protein targets using molecular docking to assess their potential as promising pharmaceutical compounds.
The thesis comprised four chapters, in which the researcher discussed the preparation and characterization of the hybrid derivatives, in addition to evaluating the antibacterial and antifungal activities of the synthesized compounds.
