University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on the Updated Performance Evaluation Regulations and Mechanisms for the Academic Year 2025-2026.
The University of Basrah's Quality Assurance and Performance Department organized a specialized workshop on the performance evaluation regulations and guidelines for the academic year 2025-2026 in Al-Sayyab Hall. The workshop was attended by quality assurance officers and liaison officers from various colleges and centers.
The workshop included several sessions presented by specialists who explained the approved ministerial mechanisms and regulations, as well as the updated evaluation files. These files cover the evaluation of faculty members based on their teaching activities, scientific research, and student feedback, and the evaluation of employees based on their competence and job commitment. The workshop also addressed the use of specific forms for each category.
The presenters emphasized the importance of all departments adhering to the established timeframes and completing both paper and electronic documentation in preparation for final approval and submission of results.
