University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Developing Digital Content for Engineering Specializations
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on developing digital content for engineering specializations as part of Unit Four of the Ninth Teaching Methods Course.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, covered educational e-learning platforms and communication technologies, highlighting the importance of educational platforms and explaining their role in enhancing the learning process. It also addressed the preparation of electronic lectures through creative and collaborative methods, offering guidance on designing interactive lectures and using engaging presentations, videos, and interactive activities.
The lecture further explored platform design and comparison, reviewing the features and benefits of each platform and explaining how to select the most suitable one based on the needs of the educational institution. The session also included a practical demonstration of how to create an educational course on each platform.
