A master’s thesis at the College of Law, University of Basrah, examined “Legal Protection of the Electoral Process Amid Digital Transformation: A Comparative Study.”
The thesis, submitted by student Shahad Mohammed Salem, aimed to clarify the legal framework for protecting the electoral process amid digital transformation, particularly in light of the rapid development in the use of modern technologies across various stages of the electoral process.
The thesis comprised two chapters. The researcher examined the concept of the electoral process and digital transformation by addressing the nature and stages of the electoral process, as well as the legal framework for protecting the electoral process amid digital transformation and the challenges it faces.
