University of Basrah President Receives Citizens to Hear Their Requests and Follow Up on Their Needs
The President of University of Basrah, Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad Al-Dahan, received a number of citizens, university staff members, and students at the Citizens’ Affairs Division, in the presence of the University President’s Scientific Assistant, Dr. Haider Khazal Mahbas, to listen directly to their comments and requests.
The meeting included a detailed review of the administrative and academic cases and files submitted by the visitors. The University President and the Scientific Assistant directed that the requests be addressed promptly in accordance with legal procedures, while emphasizing the simplification of procedures and the removal of any administrative obstacles that could delay the completion of transactions.
The meeting concluded with an emphasis on continuing to adopt an “open-door policy” and strengthening direct communication with the academic and local communities, contributing to the development of the university’s institutional performance and the improvement of services provided to all citizens.
