University of Basrah Conducts Teaching Competency Test in Engineering Sciences
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted a teaching competency test in engineering sciences, with the participation of a number of faculty members and academic staff from various engineering disciplines.
The test aims to assess their possession of the essential skills and knowledge required to carry out the teaching process efficiently. It is part of the Center’s programs designed to develop the capabilities of teaching staff and enhance academic performance in line with the requirements of modern university education.
The test covered a range of scientific and educational areas designed to assess skills related to teaching, methods of delivering information, and managing the educational process.
The Center continues to implement its training programs and specialized competency tests in accordance with approved standards and regulations, in support of the advancement of education and the development of academic competencies at the University of Basrah.
