University of Basrah President Receives Dr. Shukr Al-Amiri to Discuss Continued Administrative and Academic Cooperation
The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad Al-Dahan, received Dr. Shukr Mahmoud Al-Amiri, Chair of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Basrah Provincial Council, at his office at the University Presidency to discuss continued administrative and academic coordination.
During the meeting, both sides stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Provincial Council and the University, with a focus on providing the educational institution with the necessary support to fulfill its academic and cultural mission and contribute to enhancing the level of services and knowledge available to the people of Basrah.
Al-Dahan, for his part, underscored the importance of drawing on the academic expertise and ideas available at the University of Basrah to help develop effective solutions for the advancement of the province and contribute actively to shaping future development projects.
