Minister of Higher Education Follows Up on Citizens’ Requests and Directs Necessary Action
Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Abdul-Hussein Al-Mousawi received a number of citizens and listened to their requests and the issues related to the work of the Ministry and its departments, as well as the procedures and measures associated with them.
The Minister of Higher Education directed the directors general and relevant officials to follow up on the issues raised, each according to their respective areas of responsibility, and take the necessary measures in accordance with the powers granted to them and the applicable regulations and instructions, emphasizing the importance of addressing these matters with professionalism and responsibility.
During the meeting, the Minister stressed the need to complete the requirements related to the issues presented and address matters requiring administrative or legal procedures, allowing appropriate decisions to be taken within the approved frameworks and specified time limits.
He also reviewed the progress of work on a number of cases that had been previously presented, directing the relevant authorities to complete the remaining requirements and finalize them in accordance with the approved procedures.
