University of Basrah Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Inspects Diwan Affairs Department at Qarma Ali Complex
Assistant President of the University of Basrah for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Neamah, visited the Diwan Affairs Department at the Qarma Ali Colleges Complex as part of the university’s ongoing field visits to follow up on services, the campus environment, and infrastructure.
The visit included an inspection of the Horticulture and Nurseries Division, where Dr. Neamah reviewed its work and plans for propagating and maintaining trees and flowering plants to support green spaces and gardens across the complex.
Dr. Neamah stressed the importance of expanding green spaces and planting more mature trees and plants suited to the local climate. He also highlighted the need to provide the necessary equipment and logistical support, meet the needs of service staff, and introduce modern agricultural tools and irrigation systems to ensure the sustainable maintenance of green areas.
He also called for the rehabilitation of gardens and walkways and the organization of service campaigns to improve open spaces and provide suitable areas for students and university staff.
