University of Basrah Holds a Workshop on the Human Resources Statistical System and Data Entry and Audit Mechanisms
The Department of Studies and Planning - Data and Informatics Division at the University of Basrah held a specialized workshop on the Human Resources Statistical System and the operational mechanisms for entering, auditing, and uploading information, attended by several representatives from the relevant university formations.
The workshop aimed to audit and correct data, standardize job titles, and explain the system's operational mechanism. This ensures the construction of a correct and accurate human resources database, contributing to data quality assurance and the precision of results across all university formations in general, and the Ministry in particular.
The Director of the Department of Studies and Planning, Assistant Lecturer Murtadha Kazim, emphasized the importance of joint cooperation among university formations, highlighting the significance of the Human Resources Statistical System in organizing and unifying data to provide accurate and reliable information that supports administrative and planning work.
Additionally, the Assistant Director of the Department, Bushra Hilal, provided an explanation regarding the mechanism for referencing the approved organizational structure to adopt and standardize correct administrative and job titles when entering data into the system.
The workshop was presented by trainer Engineer Zainab Abdul-Redha Al-Zubaidi, who gave a detailed explanation of how to use the system's designated tables, standardize titles, and audit and correct entries, alongside clarifying the workflow steps and the mechanism for properly uploading information.
