University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Scientific Research Methodology in the Humanities
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on scientific research methodology for Unit 8 of the ninth Teaching Methods course within the humanities discipline. This course is part of the updated teaching methods curriculum for the southern region. The lecture aimed to explain the correct scientific standards for organizing and conducting scientific research, and to introduce the methodology of scientific research and the steps involved in writing a research paper.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Bahaa Shabram Ghadhib, included a definition of scientific research, types of scientific research methodologies, scientific research standards, and the steps involved in writing a research paper.
The lecture recommended the continuation of training courses on scientific research methodology for faculty members and professors in higher education, tailored to their needs, and encouraged researchers to continuously strive to enrich their knowledge with scientific developments.
