University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Performance Evaluation Mechanisms
The College of Arts at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on performance evaluation mechanisms and procedures.
The workshop aimed to introduce the mechanisms and regulations governing performance evaluations, the procedures for using evaluation forms, and the process for handling and documenting evaluation files.
The workshop included a lecture by Dr. Hala Ghalib Al-Nahi, who explained the operational procedures according to the approved instructions and regulations for performance evaluation for the 2025-2026 academic year. She also discussed the procedures related to evaluating faculty and staff and the importance of completing documentation requirements according to the established guidelines.
