Al-Sabah Iraqi Newspaper  Published a Report on a Workshop Held at the University of Basrah on the Role of Women in Peacebuilding

Al-Sabah highlighted a scientific workshop organized by the Basra and Arabian Gulf Studies Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education and the Women's Affairs Division, entitled "The Role of Iraqi Women in Peacebuilding After 2003."

The workshop included three research papers that addressed the role of women in spreading a culture of peace through social media, countering hate speech in educational institutions and families, and the contribution of Iraqi translators to strengthening cultural communication. The discussions emphasized the importance of empowering women, consolidating the values ​​of dialogue, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence, and confronting violence and societal division.
