University of Basrah Enhances Students’ Scientific Knowledge Through Its Natural History Museum
As part of the University of Basrah’s commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and linking theoretical learning with practical experience, the Natural History Museum welcomed a group of students from the College of Science on a scientific visit to explore the museum’s collections and diverse exhibits.
The visit aimed to introduce students to biological and environmental diversity and highlight the role of natural history museums in documenting living organisms and explaining their characteristics and habitats.
The students toured the museum’s various halls, viewing animal specimens, skeletons, and scientific exhibits. They also listened to explanatory presentations designed to enrich their scientific knowledge.
