The College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, organized a scientific workshop titled "From Digital Skills to Job Opportunities: How Female Students Prepare for the Future Labor Market."

The workshop aimed to enhance female students' professional readiness, develop their digital skills, and bridge academic knowledge with practical application.

Presented by Dr. Nadwa Hilal Jouda, the workshop addressed key themes, including the importance of digital skills, the responsible use of artificial intelligence, creative thinking, resume building techniques, and practical project execution.

The workshop recommended continuous learning, practical training, career counseling, and strengthening cooperation between universities and labor market institutions to keep pace with rapid technological transformations.
