University of Basrah: Reinforcing the Open Door Policy and Listening to Students' and Staff's Aspirations
In a move aimed at reinforcing the open door policy and strengthening direct communication within the university campus, the President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Al-Dahhan, accompanied by his Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Naama, visited the Citizens' Affairs Department to follow up on student and staff issues and directly address their needs.
During the visit, Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Al-Dahhan held a series of direct meetings with a number of students, staff members, and faculty members, carefully listening to their requests and observations related to both academic and administrative matters.
Al-Dahhan indicated that the university prioritizes serving its students and staff, emphasizing the need to simplify procedures and overcome administrative red tape to ensure that needs are met in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
