University of Basrah Participates in the Third Iraq Education Conference Under the Slogan "From Education to Development"

A delegation from the University of Basrah participated in the activities of the Third Iraq Education Conference, held at the University of Baghdad under the slogan "From Education to Development."

This participation was conducted in line with the directives of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Al-Dahan, and under the supervision of the Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Khaz'al Al-Kaabi. It aligns with the university presidency's commitment to keeping pace with key issues surrounding strategic planning for educational systems and developmental programs across both administrative and scientific levels, in accordance with the digital transformations and artificial intelligence applications taking place in the educational arena.

The third edition of the conference focused on several vital tracks, most notably enhancing educational quality amid digital transformation, deploying artificial intelligence to develop curricula and academic programs, aligning educational outcomes with labor market demands and sustainable development requirements, and discussing modern strategic planning mechanisms for higher education systems in Iraq.
