In Order to Reinforce Direct Communication, the Vice-President of the University of Basrah Visited the Citizens' Affairs Department
Dr. Ayman Saleh Naama, Vice-President of the University of Basrah, visited the Citizens' Affairs Department at the university's headquarters to receive visitors and directly address their requests and needs.
During his visit, the Assistant President listened to the requests and inquiries of faculty, staff, and students, reviewing the details of their administrative and academic transactions. He directed that these matters be dealt with immediately and that all obstacles be overcome within the framework of applicable regulations and laws.
The Vice-President emphasized the importance of the Citizens' Affairs Department's role in serving as a direct link between university staff and students and the senior administration. He stressed the need to continue providing the best possible services and expediting processes to ensure a swift response to all submitted requests.
