University of Basrah Organizes Scientific Workshop on Work Environment Between Positivity and Negativity

The Technological and Scientific Incubator Department at the University of Basrah organized a scientific workshop titled "Work Environment Between Positivity and Negativity."

The workshop aimed to establish a culture of positive work, enhance effective cooperation and communication among employees, and disseminate values of mutual respect and teamwork, thereby contributing to creating a healthy and stimulating work environment.

The workshop featured a lecture presented by Ms. Fatima Jabbar Khudair and Ms. Muna Shaker Juni, who highlighted the concept of the work environment and its direct impact on job performance, emphasizing the importance of reinforcing positive aspects and mitigating negative practices that affect productivity levels and professional relationships.

The workshop concluded with extensive discussions addressing mechanisms to develop the university work environment and exchanging views on successes and challenges facing administrative and technical staff, with participants stressing the importance of continuing to hold such workshops to develop personal and institutional skills and support sustainable high performance.
