A lecturer at University of Basrah publishes a book on the impact of the pandemic
on contracts
From Dar (Droub Al-Marifa for Publishing and Distribution), a book entitled (The Corona Pandemic and Its Impact on International Trade Contracts) was published by the lecturer at College of Law at University of Basrah, Dr. Youssef Awda Ghanem
The book, which included (231) pages distributed over a chapter, discussed the first chapter of the impact of the Corona pandemic on international trade, which revealed a clear legislative deficiency in all national laws.
The second chapter was devoted to explaining the difference between French and Egyptian legislation on the one hand and the Iraqi legislator on the other hand, so that it ultimately leads to the existence of a special law to address various emergency situations in general in addition to the Corona pandemic.
