Selection of a lecturer at University of Basrah as an external examiner for doctoral students
The lecturer at College of Engineering at University of Basrah, Dr. Abdul Hussein Abdul Karim Abbas, was selected as an external examiner for doctoral students.
Dr. Abdul Hussein Abdul Karim Abbas said: "I was selected as an examiner for the doctoral student Ahmed Fakhri bin Ishaq at the Malaysian University of Marat Technology in the field of civil engineering."
He added that the thesis submitted by the researcher was entitled: "A multi-criteria decision-making model for allocating water at the basin level based on cost-benefit analysis of the social, economic and environmental impact during water scarcity."
