University of Basrah participates in providing services to honorable visitors at Shalamcheh border crossing
College of Pharmacy participated in providing services to honorable visitors at Shalamcheh border crossing as part of the main service procession of University of Basrah, which is part of the government efforts to support the Arbaeen visit and make it a success.
Dean of College of Pharmacy, Dr. Gibran Khalil, confirmed that College of Pharmacy has been keen to contribute annually to providing services to honorable visitors intending to commemorate the Arbaeen visit of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in the holy Karbala, and this year we participated in the main procession of University of Basrah to provide services of food, water and other meals that contribute to providing services to visitors passing through the Shalamcheh border crossing towards the holy shrines in Karbala and Najaf. These volunteer works with the participation of professors and members of the college are part of our college's efforts to make the Arbaeen visit a success this year.
