University of Basrah holds the fourteenth session of its regular council

University of Basrah held the fourteenth session of its regular council at College of Arts, headed by Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, in the presence of his assistants for scientific and administrative affairs and members of the University Council.

The President of University honored the Dean of College of Medicine, Dr. Murtadha Muhammad Salih Al-Musafir, in appreciation of his efforts, distinguished contributions, and scientific and research career that he dedicated to serving University of Basrah after his assignment as Dean of College was terminated.

Returning to its agenda, the council discussed many matters related to the scientific and administrative aspects of the university and listed on its agenda, and the implementation of ministerial directives and instructions of the Opinion Authority was emphasized.

The council also discussed removing obstacles facing teaching and administrative cadres to continue development and advance the university's scientific progress.
