A march at University of Basrah condemning Nasralah assassination and in solidarity with Lebanon.
Hundreds of professors, employees and students of Basrah University demonstrated, led by the university president, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, and his assistants for administrative and scientific affairs, Dr. Haider Khazal Mihbas and Dr. Ali Hussein Rishek, and a number of deans, carrying pictures and Hezballah flags protesting against the assassination of the party's Secretary-General, Hassan Nasrallah, who was martyred by Isra*eli raids in Beirut.
The university president said that Hassan Nasrallah was a great leader and what happened was a major crime.
Considering it a cowardly terrorist act, a massacre and a heinous crime that proves once again the bloodiness and brutality of the Zionist occupation, which disregards all values, norms and international covenants.
The university's president assistant for administrative affairs, Dr. Haidar Khazal Mihbas, who participated in the march, said, "Without a doubt, the loss of Sayyed Nasrallah is a great loss, but we are confident that the party and the resistance axis will continue working and struggling to achieve the great goals for which Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was martyred and for which many heroic martyrs were martyred.
