University of Basrah holds a course on human resources management
The development and Continuing Education centre at University of Basrah held a course on human resources management.
The aim of the course is to qualify employees in the field of human resources management and provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with employee-related issues efficiently and effectively, which contributes to enhancing job performance and achieving strategy goals.
The course, presented by lecturer Nada Mahdi Khalaf, included learning about the concept of human resources, their importance, basic functions, the role of human resources management in achieving strategic goals, the concept of strategy and strategic planning, the factors affecting the organizational status of human resources management, and the qualities that the human resources manager should possess.
