The development and continuing education centre at University of Basrah held a course on developing legal skills.
The course aims to develop the legal capabilities and skills for participants or legal consultants in all institutions.
The course, presented by legal consultant Shurooq Neama Abdul Rahman, included many axes, the most important of which were the course objectives and the target groups, as well as the administrative development axes and defining the administrative decision and administrative decision pillars, as well as legal consultations related to contracts and all their details,as a brief about the legal advisor, his tasks and responsibilities, and the successful legal advisor skills and qualifications and his career progression.
The course concluded with knowledge of legal consultations related to lawsuits and cases, means of developing the legal advisor, and the most important ten skills needed by the professional legal.
