University of Basrah organizes a workshop on drugs, their effects, complications and solutions.
College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized a workshop entitled, "Drugs, their effects, complications and solutions".
The workshop aims to take a serious stand from different segments of society to confront this scourge, which is one of the most dangerous social and economic problems facing society, not only in Iraq but in most countries of the world.
The workshop, presented by the legal dean, Wael Abdul Ameer Al-Eidani, and the head of the security committee in Basrah Council, Dr. Aqeel Talib Al-Furaiji, included shedding light on the causes of drugs spread and their impact on their user and society, the most symptoms that appear on the user, and the solutions that must be followed to reduce this phenomenon.
