College of Fine Arts at University of Basrah organized a symposium on domestic violence and family protection methods.
The symposium aimed to define to the participants, the concept of violence, its causes and forms, as well as to provide effective strategies for prevention.
The symposium, presented by colonel Muntadher Kazim Nima, included the concept of violence and force using, reviewing the most important reasons leading to it, including economic, cultural and social factors.
