University of Basrah organizes a scientific visit to the Directorate of Animal Resources
College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized a scientific visit to the Quality Control Department of the Animal Resources Directorate in Al-Qurna with the participation of number of lecturers and students.
The visit aimed to train students on how to examine and analyze feed and nutritional materials, and the mechanism of laboratory devices operation used in these analyses.
The visit included a toxicology analysis laboratory and an artificial insemination laboratory for calves in the same location, explaining the steps of artificial insemination and the obstacles and diseases it faces.
