University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on Data Protection in the Digital Age
Al-Zahraa College of Medicine at University of Basrah organized a workshop on enhancing cybersecurity, data protection and privacy strategies in the digital age.
The workshop aims to highlight the importance of cybersecurity in light of the rapid technological development, as well as providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect their data and privacy in the digital world.
The workshop included two lectures presented by Dr. Walid Al-Hashimi and Dr. Aamir Qasim, during which they explained common cyber threats and how to prevent them, in addition to reviewing best practices for protecting personal data and sensitive information as well as defining cybersecurity laws and regulations.
