President Assistant of Basrah University for Administrative Affairs Welcomes Ministerial Committees
Dr. Haider Khaza’l Mihbas, the President Assistant of the University of Basrah for Administrative Affairs, together with Jabar Ameen Jabir, the Department Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations, welcomed the ministerial committee tasked with overseeing administrative matters and cultural relations in universities.
