Basrah University Organizes an Awareness Seminar Titled "Traffic Safety Rules"
In collaboration with the Traffic Directorate of Basrah Governorate in the Qurna District, the College of Education in Qurna hosted a seminar focused on traffic safety awareness titled "Traffic Safety Rules."
Presented by Mr. Ahmed Sami, the Head of the Department, alongside Major Kumail Nadhim Abid and Officer Ghassan Abdul Ridha, the seminar aimed to inform students and participants about the principles of traffic safety, traffic laws, their objectives, and effective implementation strategies. The goal was to safeguard private and public property, minimize accidents, and protect both pedestrians and drivers.
The seminar concluded with a call for everyone to adhere to traffic safety regulations and use the necessary tools to enhance road safety and streamline traffic movement.
