Basrah University Holds Meeting to Discuss Preparations for Central Graduation Ceremony
The Department of Media and Government Communications at Basrah University held a preparatory meeting concerning the university's preparations for the central graduation ceremony.
The meeting, chaired by Haider Abdul Ameer Khalaf, head of the department of Media and Government Communications, addressed logistical preparations for the central ceremony, notifications, college preparations, and the setup of the ceremony platform.
Khalaf emphasized the importance of cohesion and unity among the media committee for the successful execution of the graduation ceremony, stressing that each member of the committee should fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
Discussions also covered the smooth flow of photography and the prevention of disruptions for the student honorees, as well as the mechanism for distributing badges to participants and guests. This year's central ceremony is expected to be distinguished from previous years.
