A Faculty Member from Basrah University Participates in an Advanced Human Resource Management Course
Dr. Arafat Nasir Jasim, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics in Al-Qurna, Basrah University, participated in an advanced human resource management course. This course was organized in collaboration between the Ministry of Commerce and the Basrah Governorate Office.
Her participation included delivering a lecture on the Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960 and its amendments. Additionally, he explained the basics of the employee-manager relationship, along with guidelines on writing and editing reports and official correspondence. The concept of the quality of work life was also discussed.
